CABIN ACCESS:

Guest will have access to the entire cabin and lot with exception. This acreage is shared, please stay within a reasonable space of your cabin.

QUIET HOURS:

Please respect our neighbors and the local quiet ordinance between 10pm and 7am. ​

PARKING:

Guests can park in the driveway- up to 4 vehicles. No campers, RVs, or lodging vans are allowed to hook up.

CHECK-OUT ITEMS:

We do asks guests to please take care of the few check out items which include the folloring- take out the trash, do the dishes, strip used beds, and just place back any furniture you have moved.

DETAILS DETAILS:

While the cabin is remodeled and updated throughout, it is rustic, charming, and not without its quirks. Being in the woods, please anticipate bugs and nature as well as possibly spotty wifi. While we do treat for pests, it is a never a guarantee that you will not find any in or around the property. Our wifi is 1gig super fast internet, but wifi may disconnect and without reason. Bugs and lack of wifi connection is not a valid reason to receive a refund. Lastly, our road in is very bumpy and not paved it is also not often plowed, we do have neighbors around our nearly 3.5 acre lot, and are tree covered- 4 wheel drive is encouraged during the fall/summer months. Please secure travelers insurance as we do not provide refunds due to the inability to reach the cabin.

INFORMATIVE:

• No Pets: we love our animals, but cannot accamodate our furry friends at this time, no exceptions. If you plan to bring a pet, please see our pet friendly units. 

• This driveway is relatively steep. It is a sharp turn into the driveway. 

• No Smoking: The cabin is a non-smoking property, which includes both inside and outside of the property and includes tobacco, natural and vaping.

• No Parties/Events: Parties and/or large events are not allowed at the cabin. Violations will result in the guest being removed from the property without refund.

• Fire Seasons: Usually during August / September, Corbett Fire District restricts power due to high winds and the dry season. If power is shut off for any period of time, we may cancel your reservation (during/before) and issue a refund. You MUST contact Corbett Fire to confirm any burn bans during May-October. 

• Fire pit: We do have 6 Adirondack chairs available outside for on the deck or around the pit- we do not supply fire burning materials, axes, gas, etc. 

• BBQ grill & Patio Table/Chairs: these items are only available Spring through end of September.

• Security System: The cabin does have 3 exterior cameras, one on the corner facing the garage, one towards the hot tubs, and one towards the back deck.

•  Garbage: We do not have garbage service at the cabin, instead we pick up trash on the weekends- if you notice it's getting full, just let us know and we will come pick it up within 24 hours. 

• Short Term Rental Agreement: prior to confirming your booking details, you will be required to acknowledge and sign the rental agreement as well as pay a $1k security deposit / credit card hold.
